Session Fee -$125 includes up to 2-3 hours on-location of your choice. The fee acts as a retainer for your session and will include your senior portrait for the yearbook as well. I must receive your session fee within 1 week of booking your session or your session date will be given to the next client that calls.

The retainer is non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 30 days. Please give at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule.

All Collections include:

• Yearbook image to your school’s specifications
• Web-sized proof of every image ordered for Myspace, Facebook, etc.
• Online slideshow set to music and online gallery to present your images
• Choice of ordering process: online or in person.
• Orders must be placed within 7 days of viewing the gallery.
• Travel to any location(s) within 30 miles (additional travel fees quoted upon request)

Collections range between $450-$1050 and include 10% off additional prints. If you choose to not order a collection the minimum purchase is $350 and does not include any discounts.

Gift Prints start at $25 for a 5×7.

A Gift print is a photograph that is either a 5×7, 4×6 or 3×5. Gift prints are perfect for displaying on desks, shelves and as gifts for family members.
Enlargements start at $100.00.

Enlargements are considered wall portraits. They start at the 11×14 size and are mean to be displayed on your wall.

Prices subject to change without notice. However if you book your session you will lock in those prices.

Frequently asked questions.

Can my friends come with me?
Yes! Your friends will most likely make you more relaxed and help you to get natural expressions. While I am not opposed to parents coming, often times seniors are not relaxed when their parent is watching. Most parents are very considerate about stepping back and watching.

 Is there any retouching included with my session fee?
Yes, minor retouching is done on all proofs. Poses that are purchased will be looked over and given special attention. Anything beyond skin retouching and teeth whitening can be done at a rate of $25 per image.

How do you decide on locations?
I am constantly scoping out new and fresh locations for my seniors. During the consultation I will ask the senior about what they are looking for in their portraits. I like to get a feel for their style and personalities. If you do not have a specific location I have several I can reccommend.

Types of locations i typically use are ; downtown historial towns, barns & fields, parks, mill ponds etc.

Do you have a studio?
No I currently work on-location for 95% of my sessions. I do have studio lighting and will use this for your yearbook portrait. You will need to come to my house to have that portrait taken.

 Can I use images for MySpace or Facebook?
Images are copyrighted which means that even though the pictures are of you, you do not own the right to them. I will email you low resolution, watermarked files of all poses that you purchase. You are then able to use them for your Facebook or MySpace. The collection you purchase will determine how many images you will receive.

Can you take my yearbook portrait?
I will schedule yearbook pictures in my home once a week. You should schedule that photo in the same week as your session. Yearbook photos be sent to the school when your order is placed and not before.

How long do I have to order once my online gallery is up?
Your gallery will be available for 7 days only. All orders MUST be placed within that time period. A 3 day extension is available for an $40.00 fee.
All ordering is placed thru a secure online photocart. I will also schedule in person ordering sessions if requested.

Can I purchase the proofs?
If your order exceeds $600.00 you will be presented with a set of 3×5 bordered & watermarked proofs.
In addition, we offer several unqiue products which allow you to incorporate many different poses.

How much do seniors usually spend on pictures? The average is about $700 not including the session fee but there is not a requirement. Some clients spend less, some spend more. Your senior portraits are an investment. Just like a wedding these portraits reflect who you are at this special time in your life.
