Miss “G” 2010 Holly High School Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

I had so much fun with Miss “G”!! I totally admire that she has her own style, she is so beautiful. She is into theatre and I bet she is artistic as well.

We had fun finding new locations and textures to go with her outfits, it really helped me to stretch my creativity !

Also got to try shooting super wide open on a few ( for photogs 1st and 2nd pic are at 1.8 with the 85 1.2L) which I normally don’t do!

Mr “E” 2010 Davison High School Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

One of the next things about photographing seniors is I often have their sister or brother’s portraits to take in the future.

 This was such the case! I did Mr “E”’s sister’s pictures last year. What a great family. I know Mr “E” wasn’t too much into it until we found this field and then the train going by was pretty cool too!

Miss “E” 2010 Davison High School Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

I was a bit worried about the chances of rain today but we managed to escape it! Thank goodness as I have no time to reschedule sessions!

We photographed Miss “E” at her home, and what a beautiful place it was! There were lots of neat locations with great colors to photograph including the beautiful horse Abby.

Thanks so much for preparing all the areas, and helping out with the reflector! I think we got a lot of incredible images, just take a look at her sneak peeks! Have you seen eyes that blue? they are just gorgeous!

Brandee 2010 Churchill High School Senior { Michigan Senior Photographer}

Do you recognize this beautiful girl? Brandee is one of my 2010 Spokesmodels. I photographed her last winter ( yes 30 degrees out) and finally we were able to get together for her senior portraits. She is an aspiring model and certainly knows how to work the camera!

If you go to school with her make sure to ask her about Natalie B Photography!

Miss “J” 2010 Troy High School Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

Miss “J” found me online several months ago her mom told me, she said that “J” told her when the time comes I am having Natalie B Photography take my senior pictures. WOW love that! I love that so many of my clients find me googling online and admire my work. It is so fun to meet seniors from all over Michigan.

Miss “J” totally LOVES the camera, can you tell? She would love to model someday. I loved her fun and flirty girly style. We ended our session with some beautiful sunset water pictures!

Enjoy your sneak peek!! and thanks for driving up so far!

Miss “E” 2010 Linden High School Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

Wow I am behind on blogging! So sorry I have had my busiest month yet, when it is all said and done 26 sessions! I appreciate every-one’s patience as I get your sneak peeks and galleries ready. Just to update you on session availability, I may be able to squeeze in a couple more seniors for October and that is about it. Jam packed already. If you are not afraid of cold weather I will photograph you in November! I already have several seniors booked for that as well.

It can actually be a lot of fun with the scarves, hats, gloves, sleds etc. Your yearbook picture can be done before, just contact me to schedule a time.

So here is a sweet girl from Linden, she is an amazing singer and has also been voted on the Homecoming Court! Congrats “E”!

Miss “E” had a vision for her pictures and I was so happy to be able to create it for her!

Miss “A” 2010 Pinckney High School Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

Busy week it was here with seniors! Miss “A” from Pinckney was so much fun to photograph! She definitely loves the camera, which makes my job so easy!

I have been able to really play with light during the sessions I have had this week, sun-flare and streaming sunlight!

With the Lollipop picture, we had the nice owners of  Oh My Lolli come out and ask if we wanted to use something for pictures! UM YEA!! Except none of us had any cash to buy anything so we couldn’t take off the wrapper lol. Still a cute picture and what a fun store! If you  have ever seen fudge made it is like that, you can watch them making candy!

Thanks for a great session “A”!

Miss “O” & Henry; 2010 Detroit Country Day Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

Last Sunday I met “O” and her parents at the Bloomfield Open Hunt Club to photograph her with her horse Henry.
Taking pictures with horses is definitely tricky I have learned these past 2 years. I never knew how important it was to have their ears up, but quickly learned that last year when photographing a few seniors with their horses.
Now you think this may be easy, but it is like photographing kids.. the parents are by me waving their hands, shaking keys, offering treats lol
some of this not working at all. After several attempts, Henry decided to perk those ears up and I was able to catch him!

We then went to photograph Miss “O” at her home for the rest of her session. She has the most beautiful eyes!
It was such a pleasure to meet you and your family!!

Miss “A” & Lola; 2010 Bendle High School Senior {Michigan Senior Photographer}

I love when my seniors have their own ideas, I mean I have lots of them too but sometimes they have different ones then I do!
As you know I am mainly an on location, natural light photographer but I do have an in home studio space. So Miss “A” wanted to try out a few of her ideas and we gave it out best!
I loved her old phone ( which many of you probably have never even seen!) and the best part… her puppy Lola. She was the cutest. I was seriously cracking up because I never “say cheese” to any of my clients, it just isn’t my style. Lola LOVES cheese, and so they would give her a bit to have her sit and then I would say “LOLA, CHEESE!” and she would look at me! SO funny!!

Miss “A” also bought this incredible hot pink dress and ROCKIN hot pink & Black shoes for her session. OMG they are sooo cute!

Lots of fun we had! It was great to have her friend “M” and her mom with us as well. Hope you guys had a great time!
